What we collect, and what we don’t.

This policy covers riveragroup.vegas, operated by Mayra Rivera, Broker Salesperson, of Rivera Group Real Estate at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. It describes exactly what this website collects and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

01 Information you give us

The Equity Roadmap intake form is the only place this site collects personal information. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it — the field is optional
• Whether you are buying, selling, or investing
• Your timeline and price range
• A record that you agreed to be contacted

There are no hidden fields. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income, account numbers, or any other financial identifier anywhere on this website, and you should never send those by email. If a mortgage pre-approval becomes part of your plan, the lender collects that information directly, under their own privacy policy and their own security controls.

02 How we use it

To reply to you, schedule the roadmap session you asked for, and provide real estate brokerage services if you decide to work with us. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with data brokers, lead aggregators, or advertisers.

We will not add you to a newsletter or a drip sequence because you requested a roadmap. If we ever start sending market updates, it will be because you asked for them, and every message will carry a working unsubscribe link.

03 Who else touches it

One third party is involved in running this site, and it is the one that handles form data. Typefaces and imagery used to load from Google and Unsplash respectively; both are now served from this domain, so neither company sees your IP address any more.

Formspree

Form submissions are transmitted to Formspree, which relays them to Mayra’s email inbox. Formspree processes the fields listed in section 01 on our behalf. See the Formspree privacy policy.

Brokerage and transaction parties

If you become a client, information necessary to complete a transaction is shared with the parties a transaction requires — Douglas Elliman Real Estate as the supervising brokerage, and, as applicable, title and escrow companies, lenders you select, inspectors, appraisers, and the multiple listing service. This is disclosed again, in writing, in the representation agreement you sign before any of it happens.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it — a subpoena, a court order, a regulatory examination by the Nevada Real Estate Division, or a legitimate law enforcement request.

04 How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Records tied to an actual transaction are retained as long as Nevada real estate record-keeping rules and brokerage policy require, which is longer — those records are not ours to delete on request.

05 Your choices

Email mayra@riveragroup.vegas and we will, within a reasonable period:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything wrong
• Delete it, except where a transaction record must be retained by law
• Stop contacting you, permanently

You can withdraw contact consent at any time by replying “stop” to a text, asking on a call, or sending one line by email. You do not need to give a reason.

Nevada residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) gives Nevada residents the right to direct a website operator not to sell their covered personal information. We do not sell it and have no plans to. You are welcome to submit the request anyway, at the address above, and we will record it.

06 Security, honestly stated

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Beyond that, your information sits in a professional email account and brokerage systems protected by access controls and multi-factor authentication. No one can promise perfect security, and we are not going to. What we can promise is that we do not collect financial identifiers here, which keeps the consequences of any failure small.

07 Children

This site is meant for adults conducting real estate business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, tell us and we will delete it.

08 Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes — a new processor, a new category of data, any use beyond replying to you — will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
